Gao Bolong, born in Beijing in 1944, was selected into the Central Academy of Fine Arts High School in 1959. In 1967, he graduated from the Dance Department of the Central Academy of Drama. Huang Yan, etc., is a national first-class art master. He is currently an art consultant at the Beijing Municipal Government’s abroad, the art consultant of the Thai -Chinese Artists Federation, Deputy Dean of the Bangkok Academy of Painting, Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Director of the Beijing East and West Art Exchange Society, Chinese Painting and Calligraphy The director of the collector association, etc., is also a special painter signed by the Beijing Times International Auction Co., Ltd., a special painter of the Hebei “”Curtain Green”” Painting Society.       

Gao Bolong has studied both Chinese and Western, and his freehand figure paintings are bold and natural, but also Zen-like introverted, with a strong classical atmosphere, bringing the beautiful posture and soul of the characters to the extreme. Collections of Ma Wanqi, Stanley Ho, Lien Chan and Prince of Liechtenstein. In addition, Gao Bolong’s works have also been collected by many museums such as “”Zhongnanhai””, “”The Great Hall of the People””, Lu Yanshao Art Academy, Taishan Museum, Yuan Chonghuan Memorial Hall, etc., and have been held in Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, Dongguan, Yantai, and other places. After the exhibition, his work “”Fighting the Flood”” was hung in the conference hall of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Garrison in Hong Kong.
